The Story

The original kitchen in our home had a good layout, and some charming features, however it was in serious need of an upgrade! Our goal was to brighten, simplify and modernize the space. We chose a coastal farmhouse style, with butcherblock countertops, white wood cabinets and undulating subway tile.

A palette of white, blue-green and coral adds freshness to the space. Essential upgrades include LED lighting and new stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances. Surf-themed photography on the walls reveal our beach-loving lifestyle.
