The Story

This vacation home overlooking the ocean in Quogue, NY, was a joy to decorate. My client, a delightful and busy professional, approached us to furnish the entire first floor of her family’s beach house. She was looking to make each space more elegant and functional for an indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

We provided a turnkey experience, taking care of every detail from start to finish, so my client and her family could relax throughout the process and enjoy their newly transformed space. Inspired by the coastal landscape, we juxtaposed warm and cool colors. We also layered natural finishes, such as white-washed oak, woven jute, and soft textiles. Highlights of this project include a custom-designed entertainment unit in the playroom, curated artwork and sheer drapes. The outcome is minimal, warm, casual, yet sophisticated.
